【 一個共享知識與資源的時代 】
傑人會是由國人所創立，集結全球有志之士，共同推動社會公益之國際服務社團。臺北市國際傑人會為培養大專青年，有正向與積極學習成長機會，由第二屆張正中總會長領導下，開辦第一屆「全國大專青年外交研習營」，至今已有22年的歷史。
然而，面對當下全球整體環境與經濟問題，我們開始反問自己對於資源相對匱乏的下一代，我們能做的是甚麼？又該如何透過自己的經驗與力量回饋給這個社會及萬 物生靈？當世界局勢在「地球村」與「社會創新」的聲浪中，這個具有22屆悠久歷史的營隊，又到了與時俱進而轉型的時刻。
因此，本年度研習營，特別邀請不完美原創工作室合作，以「社會設計」概念，引導青年學習透過創意解決社會問題，並將媒合企業認養青年在研習營中所提出的社會創新方案，支持青年實踐自己的夢想！

1. 海內外大專院校學生 (含研究所、大學、二專、五專三年級)。
2. 高中職考上大學之學生。
3. 大專畢業30歲以下之有志青年。
【報名截止】即日起至104年6月15日(一)晚上11時59分截止。
【報名費用】學員每人自費新台幣 8,000 元 (USD$250) / 人。(每位15,000元，主辦單位補助7,000元)

Introduction to “2015 DCS International Creative Youth Leadership Congress on Trade and Diplomacy”
Join the dream journey together！
[ A time for shared knowledge and resources ]
DCS (Distinguished Citizens Society) is an international social service association founded in Taiwan. It’s vision is to cooperate with like-minded global DCS members to promote public charity. DCS Taipei, under the leadership of the 2nd chairman Zheng-Chung Chang, started “The Youth Diplomacy Economics and Trade Seminar”, to provide the college students with positive and active growing opportunities. It has been 22 years since founded.
However, as we confront global environment and economic problems, we start to ask ourselves what can we do for the next generation with the problem of material shortage. And how can we contribute to the society and the world through our experiences and power? It’s the turning point for this 22-years seminar to dance with the wave of “global village”and“social innovation”.
Therefore, this 2015 congress especially invites and cooperates with N.P.O. Studio (Never Perfect Originality Studio) to lead the youth to solve social problems through creativity based on the concept of “social design”. Also it helps the youth supported by matching enterprises to make their dreams come true by carrying out their proposals in the congress.

3. Attendance age: under 30, with college degree
